Background

The value of the Elks' charitable works since their inception in 1868 is more than $4 billion.

Many of the Elks' charitable programs are funded in part by the Elks National Foundation.  The foundation annually disburses more than $19 million in support of youth athletic programs, scholarships, veterans service, drug awareness, state charitable projects and other philantropic programs.

Elks are community.  No matter where you go in the country, an Elks Lodge is right around the corner. With more than 850,000 members and 2,000 Lodges nationwide, Elks are providing charitable services that help build stronger communities.
